updates!

6th day into my internship.

I'm sorry for not keeping you friends updated about whats happening... hahah.. but like as i have told some of you.. i'm being buried under work.. thats why you cant see me..

well, the first day of work went pretty fine.. was tasked work even though i'm supposedly a freshie. and, i do think that i have a cursed life. besides meeting bastards (try asking me about tt guy) and rude people on the phone (who thinks they are everything), i also have the tendency to do thing 'at the right timing'. elaboration: i started work right in the week where there is the peranakan museum's 1st anniversary. though i had to work over the weekend, i feel fortunate. it was really an enjoyable event, coupled with fantastic colleagues whom i have lunch together and chat with everyday.

and yes. its the 6th day. the first event was over. now, i have to brace myself to help out in the programs for heritagefest.

i gained some insights though i have just started work. an events company is really more professional. the company can actually undertake a national wide event with only 7 employees. on the other hand, for the school projects which i have been involved in, we usually recruit so many people who only make matters worse. quality trumps quanity. really.

my internship might seem sucky due to the long duration and flexible working hours (literally). I still firmly believe that...it will be a lot better than most people due to the organizaional nature of the company. there is no strict protocals and colleagues really joke with one another.

i guess i have a lot more to learn!
