sometimes i wonder
its the time of the night.
and here i am to blog. to escape. to run away from the massive workload.
hell week seems to have brought forward to week 10 of school. But, this also signals the ending of school term. YAY.
bidding is going to start again in 2 weeks' time, and how i hate BOSS. currently, i only have 4 mods in mind. Whats going to be the 5th mod? should i take one under the marketing major? maybe i should eh.. ok.. will think about it when im more sane. but anyway, i hate BOSS to the core.. i hate inflationof prices. i dislike having to look for bidding partners, especially when i plan to take 'unique' majors. lol.
ok.. i promised to keep my friends posted about my recce trip, but i decided that i shouldnt update anything here lest top secret info leaks out. and boom, there will be no element of surprise for my OCIP team.
just note that it will be fun. and the work to be planned beforehand is massive.
MASSIVE.
Besides having to prepare gifts, plan for activities, prepare logistics, etc etc, there are also a lot of backstage administrative work that Roy and i have to handle. Luckily, this is the only time where i intend to lead a trip. Lead one good one, and i do think that im pretty done with the leadership roles. I will take a step back and relac one corner after this.
oh, no relac, should concentrate more on studies!
anyway, that day during MA meeting, stef and yanda were talking about this website where we can add special effects to our photos. eg.,

Orginal Photo

i think stef will read my humble blog someday and will leave some weird comments again. In order to pre-empt her, i shall say thanks to her in advance for recommending such a fantastic website eh. lol...
anyway, i attended 1/3 if a standard first aid course today. I find myself quite awkward when performing the CPR. Maybe its because the dummy is not a real human being and is kinda dirty.
(Shifts the blame). I met this girl who is 23 years old and is a current first year student in NYP, in occupational therapy. Well, im kinda amazed at her courage to have a career conversion. She was a graduate with a degree in business, but felt that the business world isnt an arena where she can fit in, and accounting work is mundance(which i cant agree more with), and now she is doing a diploma. I must say great work girl. At least she is really happy where she is now. Unlike me.
She asked me how i feel about SMU, and guess i told her the same truth that i told everyone. Despite the many complaints about the MASSIVE workload, i have never regretted my decision. I know i will be better off here then in bigger unis. I simply love SMU and my friends.
